National Lottery Football Weekends & Nationwide Building Society FAW Fair Play Fortnight 2022

National Lottery Football Weekend

We’re offering @TNLUK players the chance to watch us for free in our fixture against @Risca United AFC on 2nd April 2022.

The National Lottery provided significant funding to support the Cymru Leagues during the COVID-19 pandemic and a dedicated set of matches have been selected to celebrate their support, as well as the crucial role that your Clubs play in your respective communities. In order to celebrate this, a campaign has been devised.

As part of the campaign, one paying adult, who brings with them a National Lottery product, will be permitted to bring in one free guest.

For every paying adult who shows on entry a National Lottery ticket, they will be able to bring one guest (adult, child or concession) with them for free. All National Lottery products qualify, whether a National Lottery draw-based game e.g Lotto, scratchcard or online instant win game, whether purchased in store, on The National Lottery website, or via The National Lottery app.

Season ticket holders may also bring one free guest if they attend with a National Lottery ticket.

In essence, it is a Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) offer.

Each paying spectator may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets and therefore can redeem a maximum of two free tickets for any given match.

Club parts company with Head Coach Sam O'Sullivan - 16th February 2022

We can confirm that the Club has parted company with Head Coach Sam O’Sullivan.

After such a rocky start to the season for the team, whoever came in was always going to have an extremely difficult task.

Unfortunately, even after the exciting signings made in the January transfer window, results have failed to meet the high expectation of supporters.

The committee feel that they have very little alternative than to make this decision.

Chairman Rhodri Reynolds says: “The Club is grateful for all of Sam’s efforts and hard work. Sam has played a key role in helping to rebuild the team from where it was at the start of the season. Unfortunately, results have not gone as we had hoped. I am sure every supporter will join with the committee in thanking Sam for what he has done for the squad in the short time he has been at the club and wish him every future success”

Conor will continue to manage the team and lead the training sessions along with the current coaches within the club.
